Delivery & Installation
We offer a free local delivery from 10am to 5pm.
We can also provide an installation service carried out by fully qualified electrician and plumber.
Deliveries must be paid in full at least 3 working days before items can be delivered.
Please note all gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer.
Deliveries to ROI and overseas will incur a delivery charge, please enquire with a member of staff. Please not these deliveries may be curb side only.
We accept most major credit and debit cards.
We offer Interest Free Finance options. Please ask in store for further details.
Gift vouchers should be redeemed within 12 months of date of purchase.
We do not accept American Express
Please note. We no longer accept cheque as payment.
Products listed remain the property of Basil Knipe until product is paid in full.
Faulty or damaged items
If you have received an item which you believe is faulty or damaged. You should contact our service team immediately on 028 276 49222 for further advice on returns procedures.
Aftersales and spare parts
If you are experiencing difficulties using your appliance, or would prefer any extra advice or assistance, we encourage our customers to contact us without hesitation on 028 276 49222.
We have a dedicated Customer service team which will be able to assist you with any issues with your appliances inside, or outside their manufacturers guarantee. We can also offer a spare parts service.
